They are seeking a Warehouse Associate to efficiently move products throughout the facility and support shipping and receiving operations. Responsibilities: - Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping - Assemble wheel and tire orders and ensure they are ready for shipment - Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, RF scanners, and pallet jacks - Perform routine maintenance and ensure the safe operation of forklifts and other material-handling equipment - Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure product accuracy and condition - Organize and maintain inventory in the storage area to ensure efficiency - Verify the accuracy of received goods against receiving documents - Assist with other shipping, receiving, and warehouse duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - Prior experience in a warehouse/logistics environment highly preferred - Ability to repeatedly lift and move packages weighing 30-70 lbs. throughout the workday - Capable of physical tasks such as lifting, moving, stacking, and packing materials as required - Comfortable standing, sitting, bending, or kneeling for extended periods - Strong ability to represent the company professionally in interactions with customers and vendors - Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy, with a commitment to teamwork and a positive attitude Required Skills: Warehouse operations, Forklift operation, RF scanner operation, Pallet jack operation, Order picking and packing, Inventory management, Quality control in shipping and receiving
