What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founders on strategic and high-priority initiatives.
• Conduct market, competitor, customer, and industry research.
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support business development, customer discovery, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Build and execute experiments and new ideas from concept to outcome.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business cases, and strategy documents.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel, and follow-ups for the founders.
• Track action items, deadlines, and key priorities to ensure timely execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, investors, and partners.
• Support day-to-day Founders’ Office operations and administrative requirements.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Take ownership of other high-priority projects assigned by the founding team.

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong go-getter attitude.
• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous startup environment.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Comfortable interacting directly with founders and senior stakeholders.
• Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Strong execution mindset — you see what needs to be done and get it done.
• Prior experience in startups, business development, projects, or leadership is a plus.

What You’ll Gain

• Direct exposure to the CEO, COO, and founding team.
• Hands-on experience in startup strategy, operations, and execution.
• Exposure to business development, growth, fundraising, and customer discovery.
• Opportunity to work on real business problems and high-impact projects.
• Understanding of how a startup is built and operated from the ground up.
• Development of entrepreneurial, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Who Should Apply?

This role is for someone who wants to build, experiment, learn, and take ownership.

If you need step-by-step instructions for everything, this may not be the right role for you. We are looking for someone who can think independently, take initiative, follow through, and turn ideas into action.
