Westpeak Consultants Inc. is seeking an AT&T Wireless Specialist in Fresno to represent AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Wireless Specialist will also learn what our customers value, discuss reliable connectivity in person, and connect customer needs with appropriate options.

As an AT&T Wireless Specialist, you will serve as the link between our customers and AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Wireless Specialist will also engage with our customers in person, identify the specific internet frustrations each customer faces, and recommend AT&T Fiber plans that eliminate those problems entirely.

Role Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Specialist

• Greet customers in person, introducing AT&T Fiber as the key to fast streaming, lag-free work calls, and uninterrupted family time at home.
• Explain the impact of AT&T Fiber in person, like no more buffering or crystal-clear video calls with loved ones, in terms that resonate with customers.
• Guide customers in person through their AT&T Fiber options, helping them visualize how the right plan can transform their connectivity.
• Listen deeply to uncover customer needs, whether it’s for remote work, online learning, or entertainment, and match them with the perfect AT&T Fiber package.
• Simplify the sales process by comparing plans in a way that highlights AT&T Fiber's reliability and speed for their needs.
• Address concerns with empathy and clarity, reassuring customers that AT&T Fiber delivers the consistent, high-quality connection they’ve been missing.
