Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Private Cook to prepare fresh, hygienic, and delicious meals for a private household. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of different cuisines and be able to prepare meals according to the family's preferences and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and other meals as required.
• Prepare a variety of Indian, Arabic, Continental, and international cuisines.
• Plan and prepare weekly menus based on the family's preferences.
• Prepare healthy and balanced meals according to dietary requirements.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Purchase or coordinate the purchase of groceries and cooking ingredients.
• Monitor food stock and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
• Prepare meals according to allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requirements.
• Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
• Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
• Handle kitchen appliances and equipment safely.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism within the household.

Requirements

• Female candidates preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Private Cook, Household Cook, Chef, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of different cuisines and cooking methods.
• Experience preparing healthy and nutritious meals.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and willing to work according to the household's schedule.
• Trustworthy, punctual, well-presented, and professional.
• Previous experience working for a private family or VIP household is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Indian/Kerala cuisine is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
