They are seeking a Customer Service Representative III to handle customer inquiries regarding mortgage loan products and manage a high volume of phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: - Contact prospective clients to generate interest in our mortgage products - Communicate effectively over the phone with the ability to escalate customer complaints and concerns to appropriate departments - Field customer mortgage inquiries and generate potential interest in refinance opportunities - Transfer potential leads to available Loan Officers - Enter client data into the AmeriHome Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Required Qualifications: - 1+ years of related experience in Inside Sales or similar field - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in related field preferred - Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services - Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices - Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Required Skills: Residential mortgage industry knowledge, Mortgage loan products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Benefits: Competitive salaries, An ownership stake in the company, Medical and dental insurance, Time off, A great 401k matching program, Tuition assistance program, An employee volunteer program, A wellness program
