Crew Member at Wendcentral in Hobbs, NM

Apply Job Type Part-time Description Join the Wendy’s Family! Families come in all shapes and sizes — and that includes the Wendy’s family. As a Wendy’s Crew Member, you’ll work with great people, serve quality food, enjoy a flexible schedule, and reliability. Our founder, Dave Thomas, believed in three simple rules:

• Do the right thing.
• Treat people with respect.
• Make food better than customers expect from a fast-food restaurant. If you’ve got the first two down, we can teach you the rest! At Wendy’s, our burgers are square because we don’t cut corners — and we hope you don’t either. If you're naturally friendly, enjoy helping people, and can handle a variety of tasks from drive thru to making fries, you’ll fit right in. What You Bring • Strong people skills — you treat customers the way you’d want your family treated. • A proactive mindset — when supplies are low, you restock them. • A team first attitude — you pitch in wherever needed. • Ability to take and give direction professionally. • Willingness to learn new skills and take pride in your work. • A desire to fix things when something doesn’t seem right. We also provide reasonable accommodation to ensure individuals with disabilities can perform the essential functions of the job.
