In this role, you will:
Develop and execute customer-experience solutions for Wells Fargo’s app and website
Manage the design, creation, and production of customer-experience elements from product concept through completion, including product updates and revisions
Apply emerging AI‑enhanced workflows to accelerate ideation, execution, and quality of design output
Develop and execute customer-experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including: customer experience brief, site design strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies, navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypes
Review and analyze high-profile or complex projects and may lead projects or teams of user-centered design specialists
Develop new research and test theories that lead to alternative, leading edge design solutions
Analyze relevant internal and external sites and consult standards and guidelines as well as policies to determine best practices
Exercise independent judgment to guide risk deliverables
Design, develop, test, and refine prototypes
Lead team to meet key milestone deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of business, user, and technical requirements
Develop and oversee planning and execution of projects, production schedules, and quality assurance
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications, US:
4+ years of Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Hands-on experience designing UX and UI in Figma
Strong visual design skills showcasing your ability to solve for complex problems in a delightful way
Understanding of front-end development fundamentals (HTML/CSS concepts, responsive design) to facilitate cross-functional partnership and tech-informed designs
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and adapt as AI and emerging capabilities reshape how we design products
Ability to consistently articulate a strong design rationale; storytelling skills that compel stakeholders
Required Qualifications, International:
Experience in Online and Digital Product Design, Information Sciences, Graphic, and Visual Arts, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$120,000.00 - $196,000.00
