Summary: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Regulation O team within COO Technology. This position is responsible for full-stack .NET software engineering in support of our credit monitoring application, leading initiatives, and resolving technical challenges while guiding less experienced staff. Responsibilities: - Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments - Contribute to large scale planning of strategies - Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments - Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures - Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements - Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals - Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff Required Qualifications: - 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education - 4 years of experience in .NET CORE development using C# and service-oriented architecture - 4+ years of experience in SQL Server development including complex SQL queries, stored procedures - 4+ years of experience in automated unit and functional code testing with C#/Java, Selenium and xUnit - 3+ years of experience in development of React - 3+ years of experience in deployment to a cloud environment (Azure/AWS/PCF/OpenShift) Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with SDLC tools and processes including GitHub, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven or Gradle or comparable tool stack to manage CICD - Experience with SSIS, Autosys - Knowledge of OpenShift Cloud Platform, Harness - Knowledge of Microservices - Experience in Python - Knowledge and understanding of test-driven development - Experience working in an Agile environment - Experience with Kafka - Experience with one or more Observability/Monitoring tools: Elastic, Kibana, Grafana, AppDynamics, Splunk, and Dynatrace Required Skills: .NET Core development, C#, Service-oriented architecture, SQL Server development, Complex SQL queries, Stored procedures, Automated unit testing, Functional code testing, Selenium, xUnit, React, Cloud deployment, Azure, AWS, PCF, OpenShift Benefits: Health benefits, 401(k) Plan, Paid time off, Disability benefits, Life insurance, critical illness insurance, and accident insurance, Parental leave, Critical caregiving leave, Discounts and savings, Commuter benefits, Tuition reimbursement, Scholarships for dependent children, Adoption reimbursement
