THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Sales Development team in Buenos Aires!

The Business Development Representative II drives pipeline growth and new business generation within an assigned prospecting territory with a high level of autonomy. This role manages the end-to-end outbound and inbound cycle, running deep qualifying and discovery-level conversations to uncover strategic corporate pain points, map decision-makers, and communicate complex value propositions compellingly. Beyond consistently achieving monthly qualified-meeting quotas and maintaining rigorous CRM, the Representative analyzes personal performance data to inform short-term territory planning and to propose optimization strategies for the broader team's outreach cadences.

YOUR IMPACT

• Own a prospecting territory within the ICP universe: build account lists owned by SOPs, prioritize by strategic fit, and run high-quality outbound sequences independently.
• Qualify accounts at depth: validate company HR challenges, decision-maker map, timing, and budget potential before booking the AE meeting.
• Conduct discovery-level conversations to surface corporate wellness pain points and position Wellhub's value proposition compellingly.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce: accurate contact records, opportunity stage, and activity logs at all times.
• Consistently achieve monthly qualified-meeting quota and contribute to team pipeline goal. Identify and propose improvements to outbound cadences or ICP targeting based on personal prospecting data; share winning approaches with the team.
• Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life wellness.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years of experience in outbound prospecting, business development, or sales for large/complex Strategic accounts.
• Previous experience with CRM & sales-engagement tools (Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach); comfort directing AI-assisted outreach; LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Experience with the Argentinian and Latam Market.
• Fluent English — you’ll interact with global teams and resources.
• A true team player who loves collaborating to reach ambitious goals.
• Organized and self-motivated — you can handle multiple priorities in a fast-growing organization.
• Coachable, curious, and always seeking to learn and improve.
