Job Description
Summary: Welldoc is at the forefront of digital health, driven by a powerful mission: empowering better cardiometabolic health through AI-powered, personalized digital tech. As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for helping to manage projects and working closely with clinical staff, external customers, web and mobile software developers, and quality assurance testers within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Help to develop and manage sustainment project plans that establish scope, timelines, and resource requirements
- Help to maintain a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress as well as documenting meeting minutes, agendas, action items
- Coordinate with internal and external team members
- Help clarify requirements to ensure project execution according to plan. Identify and mitigate project risks
- Help measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in project and product management
- Proficient in project life cycle from initiation through closure
- Have a good understanding of SDLC methodologies, product development and change management
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
- Experience in using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence is a plus
