The Operations Analyst II will lead the design and evolution of internal labor planning systems, develop analytical frameworks for operational planning, and collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities: - Lead the design and evolution of internal labor planning and operational optimization systems, defining core logic, data structures, and workflow requirements - Develop analytical frameworks and forecasting models to support labor allocation, productivity evaluation, and operational planning across fulfillment centers - Define product specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable system features, data pipelines, and analytical tools - Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards and data models to enable accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making - Conduct cross-functional analysis to identify process gaps and opportunities, recommending data-driven improvements to enhance operational efficiency - Align stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance to standardize planning methodologies, labor definitions, and system workflows - Present insights, system recommendations, and planning scenarios to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and organizational alignment Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Science or related fields - 1-year professional experience in System Architecture & Workflow Design - 1-year professional experience in Cross-Functional Product Requirements Development - 1-year professional experience in Advanced Forecasting & Scenario Modeling - 1-year professional experience in Data Modeling & Metric Architecture - 1-year professional experience in Enterprise Dashboard Architecture & BI Tool Design - 1-year professional experience in Process Optimization & Operational Design Required Skills: System Architecture, Workflow Design, Cross-Functional Product Requirements Development, Advanced Forecasting, Scenario Modeling, Data Modeling, Metric Architecture, Enterprise Dashboard Architecture, Business Intelligence Tool Design, Process Optimization, Operational Design Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
