The Demand Planner II will oversee demand forecasting, manage inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and optimal inventory management. Responsibilities: - Provide daily guidance and oversight to the category while working closely with cross-functional teams - Identify and analyze demand forecast risks, and develop effective mitigation plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and customer satisfaction - Stay ahead of the curve by regularly planning and updating forecasts for new products, seasonal items, discounts, promotions & new regions - Analyze and troubleshoot demand-related issues in a timely and accurate manner, and maintain demand planning processes to continuously improve forecast accuracy - Assist in developing annual budgets and cost-effectiveness initiatives, and provide routine and ad-hoc demand related reports to management - Oversee and maintain optimal inventory levels in the warehouse through effective inventory planning, working with vendors to ensure optimal delivery performance - Build constructive and effective cross-functional relationships with a broad group of business partners - Conduct projects like using SQL to create dashboards that deliver insights and empower demand forecasting teams to make data-driven decisions Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering management, Supply Chain, or related fields - 1-year professional experience in Demand Planner, Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Analyst or related position - Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision-making - Strong mathematical and statistical capabilities - Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel - Thorough understanding of inventory management - Comprehensive knowledge of inventory practices and procedures, especially in fast-paced startup environments Required Skills: SQL, Excel, Inventory Management, Data Analysis, Demand Forecasting, Mathematical, Statistical Analysis Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
