Ready to gain real-world experience in residential investment? Join our Summer 2026 Acquisition Internship Program — a full-time, 12-week, in-person experience at our Redondo Beach headquarters designed to immerse you in the core of our residential investment platform.

This hands-on program provides meaningful exposure to how investment opportunities are evaluated and how collaboration across teams drives successful outcomes.

About the Program

Over the 12-week program, you will work full-time alongside our Acquisitions team and real estate experts, gaining meaningful exposure to how investment decisions are made and how opportunities are evaluated from initial review through closing.

You will participate in deal discussions, analyze market data, and contribute to the evaluation process while seeing firsthand how collaboration across the organization drives successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct in-depth research on recent property sales within local markets
Analyze comparable sales and assist with ARV evaluations
Support underwriting of residential acquisition opportunities
Evaluate renovation scope to understand impact on investment performance
Participate in deal review meetings and strategic discussions
Collaborate cross-functionally to assess opportunity feasibility
Assist with pipeline tracking and investment analysis
Contribute to team initiatives and, when applicable, support special projects that may be shared with senior leadership
Support ad-hoc projects and broader team initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For:

Rising Senior pursuing Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
Interest in pursuing a career in Acquisitions or Investment Real Estate
Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with numbers
Entrepreneurial drive and competitive spirit
Confident communicator who thrives in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
High level of accountability and professionalism
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments

Compensation & Location

$20 per hour
