Job Description
Summary: Weatherford is a leading global energy services company driving innovation and sustainability in the energy sector. The 10-week Rotational Internship Program offers students exposure to key departments, real-world projects, and professional development opportunities while fostering a safe and compliant working environment.
Responsibilities:
- Gain exposure to several key departments such as R&M, Field Operations, Quality, Sales, and more
- Contribute to real-world projects that drive safe, efficient, and sustainable energy operations
- Collaborate with seasoned professionals and benefit from mentorship and technical guidance
- Consistently apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment
- Engage in training sessions, networking events, and career development workshops
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in the third or final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum, or related fields)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment
- Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about engineering and eager to take a hands-on approach to real-world challenges
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Candidates who have legal authorization to work in the country of application without the need for sponsorship or employment restrictions
