Build direct, trusted relationships with buyers, category managers, and merchandising teams at retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's
Lead commercial planning, trade investment, and promotional strategy to grow sales while protecting margin and ROI

Coach and develop Strategic Account Managers with a servant-leadership approach, removing roadblocks, building capability, and driving accountability
Lead national sales meetings and training that strengthen the commercial organization
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and with retail partners, staying ahead of category and market trends
Manage trade and operating budgets in compliance with company policy and SOX requirements
What You’ll Bring to the Role
10+ years of progressive brand sales experience, including 7–10 years leading strategic planning and execution

Demonstrated experience building and developing high-performing sales teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing required; MBA a plus
Ability to travel up to 30%, dependent on home location
