Licensed Esthetician / Cerologist (Part-Time)

Primary Hiring Need: Evening / Closing Shifts
- Monday–Friday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Consistent availability for at least 3 weekday closing shifts per week strongly preferred
- Opening Shift: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Extended Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Expected Hours: Approximately 18–30 hours per week, depending on availability and studio needs.

- Deliver exceptional waxing services while ensuring guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction
- Build long-term guest relationships through outstanding client care and consistent rebooking
- Educate guests on skincare, aftercare, and home care products
- Recommend services and retail products that enhance guest results
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked treatment rooms
- Uphold sanitation, safety, and studio operating standards
- Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily studio responsibilities
- Collaborate with teammates to create an exceptional studio experience for every guest
- Holds a current Illinois Esthetics or Cosmetology License
- Has professional waxing experience or a strong background in customer service and hospitality with a willingness to learn
- Is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
- Communicates confidently and professionally
- Is dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent schedule
- Takes initiative and contributes to maintaining a clean, organized studio
- Is coachable, adaptable, and eager to continue learning
- Enjoys building lasting relationships with guests
- Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Candidates with consistent afternoon and evening availability will receive priority consideration.
