Wati, the AI-Powered Customer Engagement Platform for Revenue Growth. About the role Wati is looking for a Affilates & Community Manager to build and nurture the brand's presence on social media and around the product community across the LATAM region. This role carries a high degree of ownership over demand generation through Affiliates and Influencers, which is the primary success metric for the position — in addition to strengthening relationships with customers, partners, and the internal team. Responsibilities • Lead demand generation through Affiliate and Influencer programs, including prospecting, activation, relationship management, and performance tracking (leads and conversions generated through these channels). • Structure and scale the affiliate/influencer program, defining goals, commission structure (in partnership with Sales/Finance), and partner prioritization criteria. • Plan and publish social content, including defining and executing the social media editorial calendar. • Develop and run employee advocacy programs, encouraging employees to organically amplify the brand. • Produce monthly performance reports for the community and affiliate/influencer channels, focused on demand generation metrics (leads, cost per lead, conversion) and optimization recommendations. • Monitor brand mentions, interactions, and audience sentiment, responding in line with Wati's tone of voice. • Collaborate with the Content & SEO, Performance Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure message consistency and integrate affiliate/influencer channels into the acquisition funnel. REQUIREMENTS • Spanish or Portuguese speaker (required). • Fluent English (required). • Prior experience managing affiliate programs and/or influencer partnerships, with a focus on demand/lead generation (not just branding). • Prior experience in social media management and/or community management. • Analytical ability to turn affiliate/influencer and social media performance data into actionable reports and recommendations. • Strong organizational skills to manage an editorial calendar, partner relationships, and multiple workstreams simultaneously. Nice to have • Prior experience building affiliate programs from the ground up (commission structure, tracking, partner onboarding). • Experience with employee advocacy programs. • Knowledge of B2B SaaS, martech, or WhatsApp Business/conversational AI. • Experience with communities and partnerships across multiple Latin American markets.
