This role involves athlete servicing, social media management, and administrative tasks focused on the Great China Region, requiring bilingual candidates who are passionate about sports. Responsibilities: - THE·TEAM's athletes’ social media posts content sourcing and editing - THE·TEAM's corporate social media posts content sourcing and editing - Weekly Weibo plan to athletes’ managers and Wasserman PR for - Monthly summary report of athletes’ accounts and THE·TEAM - Use synergy site and be able to download from English sites and upload videos to Chinese sites as part of client’s bio creation for Chinese pro leagues – CBA, NBL, WCBA - Translate player bios from English to Chinese - Great servicing mentality and being able to service Chinese athlete clients and team clients while in the USA - Support of offline event and content shooting execution in the USA Required Qualifications: - Candidate should be 3rd or 4th year undergrad business students who are bilingual and passionate about sports - Bilingual candidate in both Mandarin (native) and English (native or fluent). Possess exceptional communication skills, both orally and in writing in both Mandarin and English - Sleeves rolled up attitude, with ability to adapt to changing situations - Superior interpersonal skills and be able to create a rapport with people of all demographics - Trustworthy, reliable, confident and mature in dealings with clients, people and issues - High level of initiative and works well independently and in a team environment - Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction - Strong attention to detail and highly organized - Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills - Requires self-management, including the ability to assess a situation and quickly implement solutions - Must be able to multi-task and be flexible enough to react under stressful, event-time circumstances - Be familiar with PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop and iMovie or related content editing software - Be familiar with both Chinese/Overseas social media platforms, such us content downloading, post scheduling, etc - Be creative!
