Job Description
Summary: THE·TEAM operates at the epicenter of sports, music, and entertainment, serving talent, brands, and properties on a global scale. They are seeking a Junior Product Manager to join the Global Insights and Innovation team, where the role involves supporting the product lifecycle and translating user insights into product requirements. This position offers an opportunity to shape technology's impact across the sports and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities:
- Support the full product lifecycle – from discovery and requirements through prototyping, design collaboration, engineering delivery, and post-launch measurement and iteration
- Conduct and lead discovery efforts: stakeholder interviews, user research, and workflow analysis to deeply understand the needs of internal teams
- Develop prototypes (no coding experience required) to test product decisions and iterate on feature requirements
- Translate research and learnings into well-scoped product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that give design and engineering teams what they need to execute
- Collaborate with design on UX flows and with engineers during sprint planning, grooming, and review cycles to keep features on track and in scope
- Partner with the Service team to maintain strong relationships with agency divisions, ensuring product delivery reflects real business priorities
- Define and track feature-level success metrics, synthesizing data from dashboards and analytics tools to assess impact and inform iteration
- Develop a working fluency in THE·TEAM’s data ecosystem – understanding how our core platform works and the connection to broader divisional outputs
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Computer Science, or related field)
- 1-2 years of experience in product management, analytics, operations, strategy, or a closely related role
- Thrive working in a ‘start up' environment that moves at a fast pace, with a significant amount of autonomy in terms of day-to-day planning and execution
- Passionate about developing products and skilled in synthesizing complexity into clear narratives for both technical and non-technical teammates and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable working with data and insights tools
- Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
- A ‘do-er' who is excited by new and undefined challenges, and can create the plan and structure to get it done
