Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
• Experience in coordinating international air, sea and land shipments.
• Familiar with shipping documentation, freight booking and shipment coordination.
• Experience in project logistics or manufacturing environment would be an advantage.
• Able to coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents and internal stakeholders.

Job Description:

• Coordinate day-to-day shipment execution for domestic and international shipments.
• Arrange freight bookings with shipping lines, airlines and freight forwarders.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists and transport documents.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide shipment status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Project Team and external logistics service providers.
• Follow up on shipment completion, delivery confirmation and logistics-related documentation.
• Support freight cost tracking, shipment records and operational reporting.

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
• Understanding of import/export documentation and customs processes.
• Knowledge of freight forwarding operations for air, sea and land transportation.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP) is an advantage.
• Good documentation management and coordination skills.

Competencies

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,500.00 per month
