Job Description
Summary: Warner Bros. Discovery is a leading media and entertainment company known for its iconic content. The Ad Tech Business Analyst Intern will work with the Converged Advertising team to analyze data and optimize advertising monetization strategies across linear and digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to define business requirements and core performance metrics
- Help test and deploy new advertising products and ad functionality to make sure they meet the required specifications and are free of defects
- Analyze performance data from advertising platforms and translate findings into actionable insights
- Support the team by creating reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a group setting
- Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
- Must be a rising Junior or Senior (18 years or older)
- Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above GPA). A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended
- Warner Bros. Discovery will only consider candidates who are presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and who will not require work visa sponsorship from Warner Bros. Discovery now or in the future in order to retain their authorization to work in the United States. Candidates currently on any student or exchange visa, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., will not be eligible for the internship program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems and performance metrics
- Exposure to agile methodologies such as SCRUM, FDD, or Kanban
- Familiarity with AWS environment and tools
- Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
