We’re looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our growing security business and play a key role in developing compelling, commercially strong bids that help us win new contracts and grow existing client relationships.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine commercial awareness, exceptional written communication and strong project management skills to turn complex client requirements into persuasive, high-quality proposals.
About the Role
As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the bid process from initial opportunity through to submission, working closely with operational, commercial, finance and senior leadership teams to develop solutions that demonstrate why we are the right security partner for our clients.
You’ll be responsible for managing multiple bids and deadlines, ensuring every submission is accurate, engaging, compliant and aligned with the client's requirements.
