As an engineering intern in our structural engineering group, you will participate on project teams for various architectural projects and have the opportunity to engage in staff development. Responsibilities: - Participate on project teams for architectural projects of all types, including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings - Eligible to participate in our in-house staff development program Required Qualifications: - A sound technical background - Strong communication skills - Enthusiasm for the challenges of designing great structures - BS - Civil Engineering or completion of a minimum of 24 hours of engineering coursework towards BS in Civil Engineering - Accepted in or plans to apply for graduate program in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis - Excellent verbal and written communication skill - Flexible scheduling but should be consistently available a minimum of 20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications: - EIT preferred Required Skills: Civil Engineering Important Skills: EIT, Structural Engineering Nice-to-Have Skills: Enthusiasm, Communication Skills Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefit packages
