As a Structural Intern, you will participate on project teams for various architectural projects and have the opportunity to engage in the in-house staff development program. Responsibilities: - Participate on project teams for architectural projects of all types, including commercial, sports, healthcare, and public assembly buildings - Engage in the in-house staff development program Required Qualifications: - A sound technical background - Strong communication skills - Enthusiasm for the challenges of designing great structures - BS - Civil Engineering or completion of a minimum of 24 hours of engineering coursework towards BS in Civil Engineering - Accepted in or plans to apply for graduate program in Civil Engineering with structural emphasis - Excellent verbal and written communication skill - Flexible scheduling but should be consistently available a minimum of 20 hours per week Preferred Qualifications: - EIT Required Skills: Civil Engineering Important Skills: EIT certification, Structural emphasis Nice-to-Have Skills: Verbal, communication skills, written communication Benefits: Competitive compensation and benefit packages
