What you'll do: Partner with business leaders to translate talent needs into strategic recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals. Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates based on quantitative and qualitative criteria. Advise and influence hiring managers on interview frameworks, candidate assessment, and selection processes. Develop and implement proactive talent acquisition strategies using advanced sourcing techniques and competitive intelligence. Manage multiple large-scale projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment metrics and workforce planning. Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruiting effectiveness and candidate experience.
