The team identifies and executes growth opportunities through acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, and partnerships. As a Senior Manager, you will engage in strategy development, financial analysis, and deal execution, collaborating closely with business and functional leaders. Engage with Walmart business leaders to develop M&A strategy, identify, and assess potential inorganic growth opportunities, and build consensus Develop and manage relationships with investment banking, private equity, and venture capital investors in retail, digital media, supply chain, and AI/emerging technologies Lead all transaction-related financial modeling and valuation analysis Manage Walmart’s diligence process that involves working in close partnership with internal functional teams (e.g., legal, accounting, tax) and external advisors Build presentations for Walmart’s senior leadership that convey effective narrative, outline strategic trade-offs, and drive executive decision making Support the Walmart Integration/Separation team on post-close planning and execution
