Senior Analyst, Program Management - Marketplace Ship with Walmart Location: Bentonville, AR Position Summary... You will serve as a senior analyst for the Ship with Walmart team responsible for helping analyze and manage key projects that drive growth within the marketplace program. This role requires clear communication, the ability to interact with senior leaders, and the ability to help build a new program in a rapidly growing space. You will work with data and help us analyze strategies across different initiatives. About the Team: Ship with Walmart is a solution for sellers on Walmart Marketplace. It provides discounted shipping labels to sellers and you will join our growing team. What you'll do... Gathers project requirements including timelines and budget and develop project plans that you will both execute and monitor. Maintains key issues, risks and dependencies for the project team while managing content and presentation of key materials for weekly/monthly internal reviews Understands key metrics and is able to bridge and present on solutions to drive results.  Able to connect with customers directly to help gather insights and drive behavior. Collaborates with cross functional teams across the organization eg Category Management, Planning, Site Merchandising, Customer Service Analytics to ensure successful project implementation Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders identifying business needs determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices monitoring progress and results recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities What you’ll bring... Ability to move quickly in identifying insights and actioning. Capability in owning a project/product end to end including developing insights, sizing, planning and milestones. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work both internally and externally. Minimum Qualifications... Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field OR 2 years' experience in project management or related field. 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office tools (for example, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
