What you'll do: Assist in designing and organizing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support operational initiatives. Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to analyze, plan, and implement project objectives and recommend process improvements. Develop and manage project requests, resource allocation, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders. Identify root causes of operational challenges and propose data-driven solutions to enhance business functions. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionalities. Implement scalable best practices and track performance through scorecards and reporting mechanisms. Provide expert guidance on operational strategies and support continuous improvement efforts.
