Summary: Walmart is a leading retail company seeking a Realty Project Coach to join their Realty Execution team for Walmart US. The role involves overseeing store remodels, new stores, and special projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards while collaborating with store leadership and team members. Responsibilities: - Own the execution of projects in assigned stores - Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders - Understand plans and minimize impact on store operations - Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members - Spend time listening and acting on ideas, suggestions, questions, or concerns - Evaluate talent, train and mentor, provide recognition, and identify career paths for associates - Motivate team to meet timelines and deliverables on projects - Encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates - Resolve store leadership, supplier, and associate concerns Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area - Have reliable transportation - Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open-Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices - Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities - Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Business or related field - 1 year's experience leading cross-functional teams - Project Management - Management Professional Certification Required Skills: Space Management, Store Design, Project Management Important Skills: Data Analysis, Leading Cross-Functional Teams Nice-to-Have Skills: Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Project Management Certification Benefits: Health benefits include medical, vision and dental coverage., Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase and company-paid life insurance., Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting., Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more., Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
