As a Principal, Talent Sourcer on our Executive Talent Acquisition team, you’ll help us identify and engage VP+ leaders for key roles across the business. Partnering closely with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders, you’ll bring a strong understanding of the external talent market, turning insights into proactive sourcing strategies that strengthen our leadership pipeline. Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across the business, managing long listing, research, and outreach Serve as a first point of contact for executive candidates - conducting thoughtful outreach and early assessments Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future leadership needs, partnering closely with Talent Management on identifying gaps through succession planning Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and competitor research that inform executive recruiting strategies Keep candidate pipelines and activity updated in CRM tools like Avature, ensuring alignment across the team Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters, Project Managers and cross-functional partners throughout each search
