Civil Intern Engineer at Wallace Design Collective in Rogers, AR

Summary: Wallace Design Collective is seeking a motivated Graduate Civil Engineer to join their Site Development team. In this role, you will support the design and permitting of diverse projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments, while working under the guidance of Professional Engineers to prepare comprehensive site plans and drainage reports. Responsibilities: - Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop detailed site layouts, including geometric horizontal plans, utility profiles, and pavement sections - Perform topographic analysis to design site grading and drainage patterns that ensure public safety, accessibility (ADA compliance), and efficient earthwork balances - Assist in the modeling and design of Stormwater Management Systems, including detention facilities, water quality treatment structures, and storm sewer conveyance systems - Conduct research into municipal zoning ordinances and technical standards.
