Who will you be working with?
We are an experienced engineering team in the rail transit industry, providing customers with passenger information systems and related products, bringing them convenient and comfortable experiences with advanced and reliable products. The design team has gathered talents in system, hardware, software, mechanical structure, testing, etc. Through the team's efforts and dedication, it meets the customized needs of customers.
How will you make a difference?
As a member of the test team in the R&D department, you will be responsible for end-to-end system testing of our products, ensuring they meet functional, performance, safety, and reliability requirements. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, identify critical defects, and drive their resolution, directly contributing to the stability and trustworthiness of the systems our customers depend on. Report to the test team leader and R&D manager.
What do we want to know about you?
With over five years of professional experience in software/hardware system testing, including successfully leading end-to-end system test activities from requirement analysis to post-launch validation.
Familiar with test methodologies like V-model, Agile testing, and experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Jira) and defect tracking systems.
Deep understanding of system architecture, including hardware-software integration, communication protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, MQTT), and test environments for embedded or real-time systems.
Experience with performance testing, load testing, and reliability testing, and the ability to design and execute relevant test cases to validate system stability under various conditions.
Solid experience in basic hardware testing, including familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power supplies), and the ability to validate hardware functionality, signal integrity, and interface compatibility.
Knowledge of safety standards relevant to rail transit or industrial control systems (e.g., EN 50716, EN50155) is a strong plus.
Proficient in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using programming languages (e.g., Python) and custom frameworks, to enhance test efficiency, repeatability, and overall test coverage
Proficient in English and able to fluently communicate with foreigner.
What will your typical day look like?
Leading the design and execution of system test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.
Deploy an automated testing environment, develop and maintain automated testing tools.
Analyzing test results, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams (hardware, software, system) to ensure test coverage of all system components and interfaces.
Setting up and maintaining test environments, including hardware setups and simulation tools for rail transit systems.
Developing and maintaining test documentation, including test plans, reports, user manual and other relevant documents.
Conducting regression testing to ensure that fixes and new features do not introduce new issues. Providing technical support for customer acceptance testing and post-launch validation activities.
