Responsibilities:
- Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity
- You'll start by hitting the road-on foot or by car-exploring your assigned territory and introducing local businesses to everything W.B. Mason has to offer
- With flyers in hand and a consultative mindset, you'll meet with potential clients, uncover their needs, and show them how our full range of workplace products and services can make their lives easier
- You'll demo products, share web tools, offer custom pricing, and help new customers get set up through MasonvilleGO
- Along the way, you'll work closely with inside sales and our onboarding teams to ensure every new account is smoothly transitioned and well taken care of
- With regular branch sales meetings to keep you connected and supported, you'll have the tools and team behind you to grow your market-and your outside sales career

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, retail sales, etc
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to converse, read, and write in English
- Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
