We believe that by thinking big and working together as one team—agile thinkers, tech makers, and change agents—we can build the largest retail IoT platform in the world. jobDescription Developing and executing account strategies to achieve business goals Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients Identifying new business opportunities and upselling additional services Collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Monitoring account performance and providing regular reports Acting as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts Ensuring client needs are met and addressing any issues promptly Staying updated on industry trends and market conditions Participate in client events or trade shows Leading and mentoring a team of account managers qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline 4/5 years of experience in a similar position selling complex hardware and software solutions Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset Ability to understand clients needs and add value High level of personal drive and proactive work methods Good negotiation skills Ability to prioritize strategic tasks additionalInformation We innovate.
