Job Description
Summary: Vultr is a high-performance cloud infrastructure company committed to making its solutions accessible for enterprises and AI innovators. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to optimize their recruiting processes, ensuring operational excellence in scheduling, communications, and candidate experience while supporting their rapid growth.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, post, and manage job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team
- Screen and triage incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment agreements in alignment with company guidelines
- Conduct reference checks and background checks as required
- Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by ensuring all candidate information, workflows, and documentation are up to date
- Build, update, and maintain recruitment dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting coordination
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools (Ashby is a plus)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling with accuracy
- Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling tech company
- Proactive, highly organized, and detail oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with reporting tools is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting hybrid or multi-location hiring
- Familiarity with employment laws and recruiting compliance best practices
- Experience building or maintaining recruitment dashboards or reports
