The Software Engineering intern will support software development for the Products team, gaining hands-on experience through project-based work in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities: - Support software development and API/drivers creation - Collaborate with software and systems engineers on product development - Work in a team environment through all phases of software development - Other related job duties, as assigned Required Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related area; junior standing by fall 2026 - Strong organizational, verbal and written technical communication skills, including presenting to internal and government stakeholders - Proficiency with Phyton, C, C++, C# - Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff as well as for final presentation at program completion Preferred Qualifications: - Previous internship, coursework, or project experience Required Skills: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Proficiency with Python Important Skills: Proficiency with C, Proficiency with C++, Proficiency with C# Nice-to-Have Skills: Technical Communication, Organizational Skills Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
