VNA Care: RN Case Manager (Full-Time) Join VNA Care's mission-driven team serving patients in the Wayland, Weston & Waltham Areas. Schedule: Monday- Friday, 40 hours from 8a-4:30p. Salary range: $96,000 - $121,000 for a full-time schedule, will need to adjust for part-time schedules.
