At VML, we are looking for an Account Supervisor to play a key role within our Montreal team. Reporting to the Account Director, you stand out for your leadership, attention to detail, and ability to manage large-scale projects in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
You will work on a major international account with a diverse portfolio of brands, handling a wide range of assignments including adaptations, original creative work, launches, and content production. As a strategic partner, you will actively contribute to the growth of the account, the quality of deliverables, and the strengthening of client relationships.
Yourrole
At the heart of operations, you will lead integrated campaigns and complex projects while ensuring smooth collaboration between internal teams and client partners. You will act as a leader within the team and help maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and performance.
Yourresponsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale campaigns and projects
Manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously, including budgets and timelines
Coordinate between strategy, creative, and production teams
Optimize and evolve internal processes to maximize operational efficiency and profitability
Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients, including interactions with senior stakeholders
Act as a strategic advisor and business partner to clients
Demonstrate motivating leadership and contribute to the development of team members’ skills
Work closely with Account Directors in supporting and advancing team talent
Ensure proactive communication with internal teams to anticipate challenges and guarantee smooth execution
Profile sought
Minimum of 4 years of relevant agency experience in account management
Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and large-scale projects
Excellent understanding of digital and production processes (video, print, social, web)
Experience mentoring or supervising more junior team members
Strong knowledge of content marketing principles and large-scale campaigns (an asset)
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multi-project management skills
Fully bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written
Strategic mindset, accountability, and strong solution-oriented approach

Vous évoluerez sur un compte international majeur regroupant un portefeuille de marques varié, avec une diversité de mandats allant de l’adaptation à la création originale, en passant par les lancements et la production de contenu. En tant que partenaire stratégique, vous contribuerez activement à la croissance du compte, à la qualité des livrables et au renforcement des relations clients.
Votre rôle
Au cœur des opérations, vous pilotez des campagnes intégrées et des projets complexes, tout en assurant une collaboration fluide entre les équipes internes et les partenaires clients. Vous agissez à titre de leader auprès de l’équipe et veillez à maintenir les plus hauts standards de qualité, d’efficacité et de performance.
Vos responsabilités
Piloter la planification, l’exécution et la livraison de campagnes et de projets d’envergure
Gérer simultanément plusieurs mandats complexes, incluant budgets et échéanciers
Assurer la coordination entre les équipes stratégie, création et production
Optimiser et faire évoluer les processus internes afin de maximiser l’efficacité opérationnelle et la rentabilité
Développer et entretenir des relations solides et stratégiques avec les clients, incluant des interactions avec des interlocuteurs seniors
Agir comme conseiller stratégique et partenaire d’affaires auprès des clients
Exercer un leadership mobilisateur et contribuer au développement des compétences des membres de l’équipe
Collaborer étroitement avec les Directeurs(trices) de compte dans l’encadrement et la progression des talents
Assurer une communication proactive avec les équipes internes afin d’anticiper les enjeux et garantir une exécution fluide
Profil recherché
Minimum de 4 années d’expérience pertinente en agence en gestion de compte
Expérience démontrée en gestion de campagnes intégrées et de projets d’envergure
Excellente compréhension des processus numériques et de production (vidéo, imprimé social, web)
Expérience en mentorat ou en encadrement de membres d’équipe plus juniors
Bonne maîtrise des principes du marketing de contenu et des campagnes à grande échelle (atout)
Excellente capacité d’organisation, de priorisation et de gestion de multiples projets
Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), à l’oral comme à l’écrit
Esprit stratégique, sens des responsabilités et forte orientation solutions
