Summary: Vixxo is seeking a Tax Intern to be based in Scottsdale, AZ working in our Tax/Accounting/Legal department for our 2026 Summer Internship program. The Intern will support the Tax, Accounting, and Legal teams in achieving company goals while gaining exposure to various tax compliance and planning activities. Responsibilities: - Obtaining and changing existing sales and income tax registrations - Assistance with obtaining refunds or reductions of US and/or Canadian tax - Communicating with vendors or customers on tax issues - Assistance with monthly or quarterly income and sales tax calculations and returns - Evaluating profitability of different lines of service - Assisting with various month end close activities including reconciliations, journal entries and other month end reporting Required Qualifications: - Currently pursuing Accounting or Business or similar degree - Minimum of 3 years using Microsoft Office. Must be well-versed in Excel - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Required Skills: Microsoft Excel Internship Start Date: Start in 2026 Summer
