Job Description:
- Supervise daily production operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are met.
- Monitor production performance, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain product quality, workplace cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and other departments to resolve production issues.
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Biology, BS Industrial Engineering, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Food Technology or equivalent.
- With at least 2 years of working experience (supervisory) preferably gained in a food manufacturing set-up or related field.
- Preferably with knowledge in ISO and HACCP System.
- Amenable to work in Mabalacat City, Pampanga
