The role will support the Wholesale Financial Planning and Analysis team, focusing on financial deliverables, variance analysis, forecasting, and ad-hoc analytics. Responsibilities: - Support financial performance analysis across multiple lines of business and regional markets throughout the country - Assess financial drivers and drill into variances to plan and prior year to find meaningful business impacts - Develop standard reporting packages including monthly, quarterly, and long-range planning updates - Analyze complex business problems requiring constructive thinking and imaginative approaches using data-driven analysis Required Qualifications: - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - SQL (Structured Query Language) - SAP - Generation Wholesale Power Industry Knowledge - Financial Planning & Analysis including financial modeling and data management - effective written and verbal communication in business environment through interpersonal relationships and development meeting content/materials - identification of issues and ability to address problems - effective relationship building with peers and employees to problem solve and complete projects Preferred Qualifications: - growth mindset and willingness to learn Required Skills: Financial Planning & Analysis, SQL, Microsoft Office Suite Important Skills: SAP, Wholesale Power Industry Knowledge
