Job Description
Summary: Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, aiming to connect the world through innovative payment solutions. As an Associate Product Manager Intern, you will engage in high-impact product initiatives, collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to build foundational skills in product management and contribute to product discovery and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development of product strategies, customer problem statements, and business cases
- Assist with product roadmaps, requirements documentation, and prioritization to support product goals
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and user needs to inform product decisions
- Partner with designers and engineers to ideate, build, test, and iterate on product concepts
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and regional teams to support product launches and adoption
Required Qualifications:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Communications or a related design field, graduating in December 2026 – August 2027
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept at presenting ideas clearly and collaborating in teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Product Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in conjunction with a less technical BA/BS
- Internships with related work experience
- Eagerness and self-starting approach and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in cross-functional collaborative environments
- Knowledge or experience with Agile methodology to drive product development and delivery
- Technical fluency including programming languages; data analysis; business case/modeling; pricing; design
- Coursework or experience is a plus
- Proven ability to take initiative and to build strong and productive relationships
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- Focused on providing excellent customer experiences
- Team oriented, collaborative, and flexible
