Roles and Responsibilities :
• Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain CMDB (Configuration Management Database) for accurate tracking of IT assets.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimize ITAM (IT Asset Management) processes using ServiceNow Discovery module.
• Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITOM implementation, configuration management, and asset tracking.

Job Requirements :
• 4-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with expertise in ServiceNow ITSM platform.
• Strong understanding of CMDB concepts and ability to design scalable configurations for large-scale enterprises.
• Proficiency in implementing ITAM processes using ServiceNow Discovery module; knowledge of other ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc. is an added advantage.
