The role

• Mapping industries, companies and leadership teams for live search assignments
• Conducting original research to identify relevant executives
• Approaching prospective candidates and assessing their suitability for opportunities
• Producing longlists, candidate profiles and high-quality client materials
• Tracking senior appointments and wider market developments
• Supporting Consultants throughout the search and interview process

Requirements

• Graduate with strong academics and evidence of achievement outside your degree
• Naturally inquisitive with excellent research and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Professional, resilient and comfortable engaging with senior individuals
