Job Description
Summary: Virtual IP is seeking an HR Intern eager to learn the fundamentals of Human Resources in a remote, professional environment. This internship is designed for students who want hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with posting job openings on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and internal teams
- Support onboarding and offboarding documentation
- Maintain organized HR records and trackers
- Assist with internship letters, offer letters, and basic HR forms
- Learn how HR processes work in a remote international company
Required Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program or recently graduated
- Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Business Administration
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable working during US Central Time CT hours
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office is a plus
