They are seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to manage the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of trades, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency and timely settlement. Responsibilities: - Managing the clearance, settlement, and reconciliation of all trades and positions for the firm - Collaborating closely with traders, finance, compliance, brokers, custodians, and firm customers to ensure timely settlement of trades, accuracy of books and records, and avoidance of unanticipated risk - Working closely with software engineers to further automate and enhance the robustness of the firm’s operational workflows - Becoming an expert in the logistics and mechanics of trade clearance and settlement - Performing challenging and stimulating data analysis - Participating in the architecture of new systems and controls Required Qualifications: - 1-3 years of professional working experience.
