Patient Care Coordinator – Virtual Care

A different way to use your healthcare experience.

You got into healthcare because you wanted a stable career and, more importantly, you wanted to help people.

We know traditional healthcare can be demanding. Long hours on your feet, physically difficult patient care, and the emotional demands of caring for people every day can take a toll.

What if you could stay in healthcare, continue helping patients, and do it in a smarter, more efficient way?

Vironix Health is a fast-growing Virtual Care Management company looking for Certified Medical Assistants (CCMAs), Medical Assistants, and LPNs to become Patient Care Coordinators.

Most of the work is performed from a laptop. You'll communicate with patients, monitor vital signs and lifestyle data, document patient interactions, and help patients stay engaged with their care.

Why consider a different approach?

• Work from home the majority of the week
• Greater control over your schedule
• Primarily computer-based work rather than physically demanding patient care
• Continue using your healthcare experience while learning new Virtual Care skills
• Performance-based pay that gives you greater control over your earning potential
• No previous Virtual Care experience required—we'll train you

What we're looking for

• CCMA/CMA certification or LPN license
• Dependable and reliable
• Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn Virtual Clinical Monitoring
• Reliable laptop and transportation
• Ability to work on-site approximately 3 days per week when scheduled
• Comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor

How much could you make? That's largely up to you.

As part of our hiring process, we'll provide an interactive tool that lets you build a schedule based on the amount of time you want to work and see how your productivity can impact your potential earnings.

You don't have to leave healthcare to find a better way to work in it.
