Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP BW HANA Consultant to lead critical data warehousing initiatives within our IT Services division. This pivotal role involves architecting robust data solutions, optimizing complex query performance, and ensuring seamless data integrity across the enterprise landscape. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between technical data modeling and business requirements, driving efficiency through advanced HANA native capabilities and rigorous security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive SAP authorization frameworks, including the creation of granular roles and profiles to ensure data security.
• Develop and maintain data integration pipelines utilizing OData, REST services, Open Hub, SDI, and SDA technologies.
• Execute rigorous data validation procedures, manage reconciliation processes, and oversee the end-to-end transport management lifecycle.
• Integrate modern development practices by leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot and conducting proactive vulnerability assessments to resolve security gaps.
• Architect and optimize data models using SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, specifically applying the Latest Storage Architecture (LSA++) methodology.
• Enhance system performance by tuning BW queries and refining data modeling strategies for faster retrieval and reporting.
• Build advanced analytical solutions using SAP HANA native modeling techniques, including Calculation Views and complex SQLScript development.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess a professional background of 6 to 9 years in SAP BW and HANA environments.
• Demonstrate proven expertise in SAP Authorizations, Role Design, and security governance.
• Show strong proficiency in data integration standards such as OData, REST, Open Hub, SDI, and SDA.
• Exhibit deep knowledge of SAP BW 7.5 on HANA, including LSA++ architecture and native modeling features like Calculation Views and SQLScript.
• Have hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, and transport management processes.
• Display familiarity with modern development tools, including GitHub Copilot, and a commitment to vulnerability resolution.
• Maintain a salary expectation within the range of ₹9-13 LPA.
