We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Executive with a background in the (In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD)) sector. Responsibilities:-

• Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt, accurate information regarding products and services
• Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements in alignment with company pricing policies
• Process and track customer purchase orders (POs) efficiently
• Coordinate with the Customer department for invoicing, payment follow-up, and related documentation
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications, quotations, POs, and transactions
• Support the sales team in post-order activities and customer communication
• Assist in resolving customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, service, logistics, and accounts) to ensure seamless order execution
