Role & Responsibilities:
• Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports for investigation cases
• Track key metrics: TAT, SLA, productivity, fraud identified
• Maintain and update data in Excel / CRM (Salesforce)
• Create dashboards and trackers
• Automate routine reports where possible
• Coordinate with investigation team for data and updates
• Support case allocation and monitor pending cases
• Share reports with internal team and insurers
• Ensure data accuracy and handle audit requirements

Skills & Qualifications:
• 2+ years of MIS / data experience
• Strong knowledge on excel, Advance PPT , Microsoft office tools advance skills
• Understanding of health insurance / claims process
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of CRM systems like SFDC would be preferable
• Working knowledge of SQL / Power BI preferred would be preferable
• Work from Office - Mandate
